Tough life

So I started my new job at the JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes this week.  Because they are relocating me am am required to stay on property for the first fifteen days. 

This is what the grounds look like:

The worst part is that after I have been here for 11 days they are going to make me change rooms.  They are going to make me move over to the Ritz-Carlton for a week. 

Sometimes my job can be so hard.

William's new ride

A couple of weeks ago the kids put William in Sadie's toy stroller and were pushing him around.

As you can see, they all had a blast.

They come from Good Stock

I have one ancestor that started the Deseret Soap Factory in Salt Lake City and another that did the casting for the oxen in the Salt Lake Temple. My mom used to say that we come from good stock, so I guess that means my kids do too!

There are six more weeks of winter thanks to Punxatawny Phil.  I guess Mother Nature decided to kick it off with a bang. 

This is how it looked Friday just before midnight.

9.5 inches on the driveway

At 4:00 am it stopped snowing for a little while

When I finally decided to go out and shovel at 10:30, this is how much I had to shovel
